Whatever your event, one of the most important things for us as event caterers is to ensure that we deliver a service that is exactly what you want. It’s your event, and we want you to make it the event of your choosing. Whilst we’re on hand to provide advice, work with you on budgets and make recommendations, we aren’t pushy, and we don’t believe in rigid event structures and set menus. Case Study One.
Client wanted a bar and grazing food for a 21st birthday party. Food to be Mexican themed. Venue was a field with small barn and tepee. Guests to wear Beatles fancy dress. Package to include reception drink, table wines and service.
Case Study Two.
An informal, laid back wedding for a vegan bride. The couple wanted the menu to be mostly vegan and vegetarian, with some fish dishes. ‘Sharing food’ with a nod towards food of the Mediterranean. Venue was extremely challenging with a steep slope and limited space to work with.
